Often times when I talk to people about oils, they tell me that they don’t know where to start. I totally get it. There are so many options to support so many things that it can definitely be confusing to know where to turn in a moment of need. I’ve listed some of my go-to combos below to help with some of the common concerns people experience on a daily basis. This is by no means an exhaustive list but should give you an idea of some of the most common ailments and some of my favorite essential oils and products I use to support them.
Where are all my gym friends at?! Deep Blue® rub used topically is incredible for supporting tired and sore muscles and joints. Perfect for those with an active lifestyle. Couple that with Copaiba used topically or taken internally for additional support.
This is a very common problem for me because I LOVE to eat. DigestZen® softgels make it super convenient to help soothe occasional stomach upset. Lemon is incredible for supporting the digestive system and for supporting stomach upset as well.
I’ve talked about this many times as I always struggle with ear discomfort. Melaleuca and Lavender rolled on and around the ears helps soothe this. Both of these oils are also really great for minor skin irritations and imperfections.
TriEase® softgels are amazing for supporting your body and respiratory system when seasonal threats are high. Breathe® rolled on the chest and nose is perfect for helping to open the airways and promote easy breathing.
As I sit at a computer pretty much every day of my life, head tension is a very common issue for me. PastTense® rolled on the back of the neck and forehead is incredible for supporting head tension and discomfort. Couple that with Peppermint diffused or applied topically for added support.
